The YPC’s 2022 LGBTQ Pride Month celebration and fundraiser for the Rose Andom Center has been announced and it’s one you don’t want to miss!
Hope to see you at Hamburger Mary’s for a good cause and great fun, including performances from Denver’s favorite drag queens and drag queen hosted bingo and other games.
Your donation to this Pride Month fundraiser will benefit the Sierra Russell Fund (read more about the fund below), which directly impacts the lives of domestic violence victims in need of emergency assistance. Here’s what every generous donation provides:
Every $25 helps a victim with an emergency grocery or gas gift card
Every $50 can provide a victim with bus vouchers for a month
Every $100 helps one victim of domestic violence plan for continued safety

The Sierra Russell Fund is the Rose Andom Center’s emergency assistance fund. It was established in 2018 in remembrance of board member SierraRussell. Sierra was a talented and knowledgeable lawyer with Hogan Lovells, a community volunteer, and leader with the Rose Andom Center’s development – naming the fund as her legacy was a natural fit. The fund is leveraged when other resources are used but insufficient to help a domestic violence victim with time sensitive and emergency needs – window and door repairs, lock changes, housing security, emergency transportation, and more.
