Every year we host a Holiday Shoppe and party for children and their parents who have come here to receive services. Parents and children get to pick out gifts for each other and celebrate with food and the company of staff, volunteers and each other.
Like most things this year, we shifted to find a safer, virtual way to share the community generosity and holiday spirit with our families. In consideration for their needs, health, and safety, we reached out with virtual e-gift cards to best meet their family’s holiday needs – spreading a little extra holiday cheer to 138 families and 407 children.
