Executive Director
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership for the Rose Andom Center (RAC or the Center) and directs programs and operations of the Center, oversees the activities of staff, personnel matters, the operating budget, and financial health of the organization. To effectively lead a nationally affiliated family justice center, the Executive Director also promotes a collaborative organizational framework, grounded in trauma-informed practices, to successfully coordinate key partnerships with leadership of community organizations and government partners to effectively carry out the mission of the RAC.

Bilingual Guest Navigator
The Guest Navigator serves as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the Rose Andom Center. This role coordinates with community and system partners to ensure guest needs are met while maintaining security protocols. The position also involves responding to phone calls, providing information, and scheduling intake appointments.

Camp Hope Counselor
A new program was launched in 2021 to also serve children who have witnessed or been impacted by violence. Pathways and Camp Hope involves year-round community building activities and a one week sleep away camp during the summer. We are looking for counselors ages 18 – 24 to join us for Camp Hope August 4th – 9th at Camp Shadybrook near Deckers, Colorado. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn leadership skills, give back, mentor youth, network with peers, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Camp Hope Support Staff Volunteer
A new program was launched in 2021 to also serve children impacted by violence. The mission of Camp Hope & Pathways is to create pathways of hope and healing for campers through positive social interactions and fun activities. Pathways and Camp Hope America-Colorado involves year-round community building activities and a one week sleep away camp. We are looking for support staff (ages 24+) to join us for Camp Hope August 4th – 9th at Camp Shady Brook near Deckers, Colorado. Support staff are volunteers who help support campers (ages 7-16), counselors, and the camp director in all camp programming. Support Staff are required to stay at camp throughout the week. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a positive adult and cheerleader for campers while engaging in outdoor camping activities (horseback riding, ropes course, fishing and swimming, and campfire chats and songs, etc).
