Executive Director

The Executive Director provides strategic leadership for the Rose Andom Center (RAC or the Center) and directs programs and operations of the Center, oversees the activities of staff, personnel matters, the operating budget, and financial health of the organization. To effectively lead a nationally affiliated family justice center, the Executive Director also promotes a collaborative organizational framework, grounded in trauma-informed practices, to successfully coordinate key partnerships with leadership of community organizations and government partners to effectively carry out the mission of the RAC.

Director of Special Programs & Partner Engagement

The Director of Special Programs & Partner Engagement is responsible for overseeing and supporting the managers of the Domestic Violence Fatality Review, Child & Youth Services, and Volunteer and Outreach Programs as well as cultivating, sustaining and enhancing a culture of collaboration among a broad base of partners and stakeholders. This position is key to aligning services and partnerships consistent with a family justice center model, enabling the Rose Andom Center to provide a range of services to victims of intimate partner abuse and sexual assault. The position helps to instill a culture of collaboration within the Rose Andom Center, cultivating opportunities to nurture and sustain partner relationships, including partner meetings and feedback opportunities.

Bilingual Child & Youth Program Assistant

The Bilingual Child & Youth Program Assistant will help support the Pathways and Camp Hope America – Colorado program, along with other child and youth events and programming, with a focus on building programming for High Adventure youth. Camp Hope and Pathways is an evidence-based program for  youth who have been impacted by violence. This involves monthly group mentoring events and a summer week-long sleep away camp. Day-to-day activities will involve connecting with families to offer support to resources, conducting intakes with new families and participants, and helping to run and facilitate group events like Pathways. In addition, this role will be key in offering support at camp by helping to run camp programming and offering behavioral and emotional support for campers and support for camp counselors.
