In February, the Denver Broncos Community Development team honored survivors and their families by hosting a Valentine’s Day celebration at the Rose Andom Center. Guests were treated to a delicious dinner, flowers, gift cards, and of course, chocolate! Knowing Valentine’s Day can be a difficult day for domestic violence survivors, the celebration was a reminder that the Rose Andom Center is not only a safe place during crisis, but also a caring community on the journey of healing from violence.
