Jennifer and Sara have been a part of our community since the beginning. Entrepreneurial spirit catalyzed their participation to raise awareness about domestic violence and fundraising to help survivors get help, rebuild, and thrive.
They discovered a shared dream to own a bakery while volunteering together and brainstorming at a volunteer retreat with the Rose Andom Center in 2017. One year later, the Flour Shop was born!
With dreams of creating something amazing and leaving behind their 9-5 jobs, The Flour Shop has been their passion project. They have poured love and creative energy into crafting a business that serves customers and also supports and brings a lot of joy into the community.
Jennie and Sara believe that food is the universal love language, and cookies say “I love you”. It’s their hope that through made-with-love cookies and beautiful packaging, customers will be able to send a little love to the very special people in their lives.
