Each year, the Rose Andom Center reflects on the progress, challenges, and impact of our work supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. These reports offer a transparent look into our programs, community outreach, and financial stewardship, as well as the powerful stories that drive our mission forward. Through collaboration, advocacy, and compassion, we remain committed to creating safer, healthier communities. 2024 Annual Report

In 2024, the Rose Andom Center served 1,482 clients, including 1,185 new intakes, reflecting a 6.2% increase from 2023. This growth shows rising demand and greater awareness of our services. A total of 297 clients returned for continued support, highlighting the need for ongoing care. Most clients reported experiencing intimate partner violence (1,397) or sexual assault and related crimes (85). Additionally, 423 clients identified with special classifications such as homelessness, disability, or refugee status. Demographics included 35% Hispanic or Latino, 28% White Non-Latino, 16% Black or African American, and 21% from other racial groups. Our staff provided advocacy support to 1,620 clients and emergency financial assistance to 188. Sixteen clients received help with Victim Compensation applications.

In 2023, the Rose Andom Center completed 1,116 new client intakes, a 23% increase from 2022, showing rising demand and greater awareness of our services. A total of 387 clients returned for continued support, emphasizing the need for ongoing care. Staff answered 7,491 phone calls related to victim services, a 40% increase, highlighting the importance of immediate phone support. There were 234 follow-up appointments for more complex cases requiring greater intervention. The Denver Health Clinic, located at the Center, recorded 629 visits from 282 patients, offering critical medical and behavioral health services three days a week. Survivor voices remain central to our work through the VOICES group, which provides feedback and supports community outreach.

Holiday Closure Notice

The Rose Andom Center will be closed on Monday, February 16, in observance of Presidents Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, February 17.
